So I’m going to be buying 20in wheels soon 20x10 +35 fronts 20x11 +50 rears wondering what tire sizes to get. Looking at 285 front 305 or 315 rear but not sure on aspect ratio of 30 or 35. Looking if people have pictures of their wheels and tires and what size they chose. Lowered or stock ride height appreciated bonus if you have p51 wheels since that is what I am getting.

I'd strongly recommend 275/35 or 285/35 fronts and 305/30 rears.

Either the 275/35 or 285/35 upfront. A 305/35 also fits in the rear. A 315/35 or 315/30 in the rear will mainly depend on how low you are lowered. I have 305/35R20 in the rear and I am pretty low, to the point I don't think I could have fit a 315 on the rear.

275/35R20 tire is 27.6" diameter

285/35R20 tire is 27.9" diameter

305/35R20 tire is 28.4 diameter

305/30R20 tire is 27.2" diameter

315/35R20 tire is 28.7 diameter

315/30R20 tire is 27.4 diameter

If you want to keep the diameters in height close between fronts and rears. 275/35R20 Fronts and 315/30R20 Rears or 285/35R20 Fronts and 315/30R20 Rears. Some like me don't mind a slightly taller tire in the rear.

The 315mmm tire might be a little more expensive and harder to find from different manufacturers.

Which wheels are you planning to buy? Are you lowered or how much do you plan to lower?

Check out this video from CJ Pony Parts. On the last car showed, it has 11 width on the back and he went with 295/35/20. I think it looks good but everyone has their own opinion. The OP has whipple in his name so you may want to go with the 305 for a little more traction.

I couldn't find that article. Just wanted to take a look at the different setups.

That video was pretty helpful. I'm thinking the 35 is looking like the best option. I don't plan on going super low just like the standard 1in drop. I need to do a little research on what spring would be good for my car since it has more weight on the front end because of the whipple.

I have a supercharger also and the Steeda Sport Progressive worked well for me. It advertises a 1.25 drop on front and 1.00 on the rear. I do think mine dropped a slight amount more than what is advertised. The ride is still not bad, even with the 20" wheels but it is firmer.

Send them an email and let them know you are a forum member. I've used 2 of the 4 above and got forum discounts. All are very prominent on the Corvette forum but offer wheels for different car makes.

Do you know what vendors?
