Same here. I'm actually from Plano, Tx, but I'm currently living in Salt Lake City. I'd love to know if any dealers [even in neighboring states] are accepting orders this late. I have the patience to wait as long as it would take to build a new one.
Here is a great deal on a 2019. Ask for Jim Zielinski, he took care of me when I purchased my 2018 GT350 from him. They don't have a problem shipping the car to out of state buyers.

This one is beautiful. There are a couple here in SLC, including one that is built to my exact spec (Magnetic, no stripes, with electronics pkg) and priced similarly to this FP you shared. The only issue for me is timing. We're about to pay off one of our daily drivers and I've been working relentlessly to convince my wife that we should pull the trigger by January or February 2020. Fingers crossed. I've been dreaming about this car for 4 years!
You can always tell your wife that it's beneficial to take advantage of the cheap financing right now. It'll offset the cost of taking on another car note a month or 2 early.
