I'm almost done with the performance upgrades. The final part is finishing the tune with Ryan at PD. I had to do another set of data logs for him last night which should be getting close to the end so I've been curious to see what it would run in the 1/4. I made a pass in a deserted area using the track app. I didn't want to blow the tires away so it was an easy launch (2.44). I knew the ET wouldn't be great but the MPH tells me a good part of the story. My take from this is it should be a 12.70/12.80 car at the track.

The car is a 2018 convertible (A10)

I ran a 13.8 stock, that setup should allow for mid to low 12's when dialed in. Nice man. Great set up so far.

Thanks! I don't plan to goto the track a lot but I'd like to get a few time slips. I have to decide if I'll run on street tires or pick up a two wheels to mount drag radials on.

We must have started around the same time. The two logs I sent in are for rev 3. I sometimes find it difficult to find a place to do a couple of 3K-6K pulls in 3rd gear. I didn't worry about it much when I used to play on the street years ago. Now there are cameras everywhere and some people are ready to call in everything they see. I think it's easier to stop to do a full 1/4 mile run than it is to slow down to about 30 then take a run to 70. The worst part is checking the logs when I get home and seeing the RPMs were at 3500+ when I got to 100% throttle. Then I have to go out to do it again. I try not to hammer it to low in the RPMs. That seems to be one of the reasons people blow their engines.

I found a good spot close to home, a couple times I sent back logs within an hour of receiving . not sure how many revisions remaining,, I speculate 2 or 3 more.

I prefer street tires, bragging rights on slicks doesn't mean much if you daily your car.

I asked when we started the process. He said there are usually 4-7 revisions.

When it comes to tires, I look at it two ways. There's what it runs on the street and then the car's best numbers at the track. I had a few cars that I always drove on drag radials. They weren't daily drivers so I didn't have to worry about rain much.

Looking good @Thatguy. I am on my first revision with PD. I your mod list is pretty close to what I plan on having on mine when I am all finished.
