Hey Everyone,
I have a 2015 Mustang GT Manual, JLT intake, xpipe, axlebacks and SCT w/ lund racing tune. I've had the tune since last April and I love it, but I did have a bit of an issue today.

I was sitting in some heavy holiday traffic and was curious to see what my IAT was and noticed it was they were up around 150F+.

Well, after I got off the highway and went down the on-ramp, I went to give it some gas after I came out of the corner and had nothing. Car would not rev, just missed like crazy and really didn't want to go anywhere.

I pulled into the first parking lot I saw, turned it off, waited 3 minutes, turned it back on and she was as good as new? No DTC's on the dash nor any that could be read by the SCT.

Only thing that could come to mind would be, bad gas (but I drove it all day) the timing tables above 150F are pulling an excessive amount of timing or from further reading maybe this is the start of the intake runner control failing?

Any input you guys could provide would be a huge help, am almost afraid to drive the car now that I have it home.

Thanks

Hey, how's it going? Do you have any update on your situation?

I bought the Ford performance pack 2, and have had no issues until yesterday I was sitting in traffic and it was 85+ degrees outside and then my car said "see manual" and sputtered to the side. Had to let it cool off as my IATs were 155 degrees!

Hope all is well.

Sounds like it gave you the "wrench light" which put your car into limp mode
Did you ever figure this out or has the issue gone away?
