No, the CF wheels are a gloss black, in lieu of the satin on the non-R wheels. I haven't noticed any blue flake like Shadow Blue however.I thought it was supposed to be the same Ford Ebony black on the standard GT350 wheels?

Honestly, if the chips are as small as you're saying, a "repair" will likely have very little depreciation from the overall finish.
