Does anyone of a matching touchup paint for the R carbon revolution wheels?

I have a couple of very small pepper size specs I would like to touch up.

I thought it was supposed to be the same Ford Ebony black on the standard GT350 wheels?

No, the CF wheels are a gloss black, in lieu of the satin on the non-R wheels. I haven't noticed any blue flake like Shadow Blue however.

Ah right I forgot the standard ones were satin. I remembered reading on another forum that there was more than one "Ford Ebony Black" so now I'm wondering if the difference has to do with the finish sheen.

Honestly, if the chips are as small as you're saying, a "repair" will likely have very little depreciation from the overall finish. I recommend you find a laquer touch up paint of choice and use the technique discussed in this video:

Paint pen (currently $8) from that video is here: https://www.amazon.com/Loew-Cornell...1441&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=Loew+Cornell&psc=1
