Hi guys anyone got any email contacts for ford to help me sort out a DVLA issue

car ordered and paid for on the sept 2016 to april 2017 price list and paid the sub £40,000 price
car delivered and reg end of may but a list price increase in may by ford put car over £40,000 which is the price DVLA have applied for tax and wont change this without a letter from the manufacturer with evidence ect dealer have tried but dvla wont budge .

You could always try messaging Andy Barratt on Facebook as he is chairman and Managing Director of Ford UK

This happened before, can't remember who but it will be in this sub section somewhere - have a search. If the dealership made a mistake - which is sounds like they have, it can be rectified

Its not a dealer mistake as such its DVLA aplying a newer price from the price listed by for to a car bought on the previous price list by ford

DVLA have worked off the price list ruling on the day the car was registered. Dealer error for not registering before the new rates came in. Good luck.

I don't think so really car not delivered to dealerf until end of may price rise by ford was 2nd of may just bad timing really unless the dealer can reg cars before they get them which I don't know one way or the other
