Valve remaining closed on one side ?

I’ve been wondering if these muffler valves should be lubricated from time to time. Any thoughts?

I might have it done..... only because the car was stored during the winter months.

I lube mine. I have a week solenoid and it sticks. Lube it and it works like a champ.
