Yep, I figured I would still be in spec camber wise so I opted not to order/install the plates. Just made sure my toe was correct and off I went.Great thank you. That is still within spec. Now u can return the plates and save $250.
Yeah, I think so. You should be well within the acceptable range for camber. Also the fp spring lower less than the eibachs so my camber should be around -1.4
Dedicated slicks will be better for sure. But I drive to the 2 tracks (NJMP 2hrs away and Poconos 1.5hrs away), so slicks are not an option. Are you actually racing or HPDE? If racing wont a dedicated slick be the better tire?
This is the last one.Mind sharing your alignment?I'm getting the R specs wheels with SC2s and the camber bolts for -2.5 in the front and -2.0 on the rear, which I think that's about right for driving to the car and intermediate level racing.
It is red because it was coded as a custom alignment (that is the target was what I wanted and not the factory specs). This is from the service manual.
Is very odd that your -1.3 and -1.5 is in the red zone.
The specs are -1.5 +/-.75
Thanks! I have both the FP and Eibach springs in my garage, I was contemplating between the 2 but for track I’m leaning towards the FP with camber close to what you have. This is the last one.
Depending on how anal you want to be. I have done that in the past. For this one I am not in the car.Does the driver needs to be in the car while performing the alignment?
You will need camber bolts or plates.I want to set the camber at -2.0 front and -1.5 rear.
If I install the FP M-5300-W spring kit will I be able to achieve these specs or will aftermarket front camber bolts or plates be required?
