- it has an engine!
Even at that power level the stock manifolds are not nearly as efficient. They leave a lot of peak power and under the curve on the table and bring down the efficiency of your turbos causing you to run more boost and work them harder and shortening the life of your turbos and your engine from running more boost. New twins cost more then upgraded manifolds. Turbo rebuilds cost almost just as much. Engine rebuilds...well enjoy that cost. The oe headers are a restriction even NA there is greats gains for the upgrade. Next best mod to the tune itself. If folks honestly believe headers aren't worth the investment because of the "good enough" mentality that's their own hang up and them being on a budget, being cheap or lacking experience. Can you get into the 8-9s on stock headers? Sure. Is it a good idea for long term? Not really. Best stock manifold turbo kit I'd agree IS LPF. Doesn't change fluid dynamics though
