Must try this. Just returned from having my new steering wheel fitted and Jacek couldn't understand why I had to drop my 'bonnet' from so high in order to get it closed.

It's always done that since new but he says the other Mustangs he has worked on closed much more easily.

Any pointers on how to adjust?

Take the rad cover off remove the bolt, check for any rust (I had none) and then i just refitted it, i think mine had knocked slightly to the left so wasn't catching as easily as it should have.

Another offender is the rad cover being out of place, i've tried closing with the rad cover resting as between jobs and didn't want crud getting under the engine bay and it wouldn't shut with the rad cover abotu 5mm higher than it would have been pinned down.
