Drive shaft and half-shafts will be needed. Boost a pump (if not a better system), injectors, oil pump gears, dampener (maybe), clutch, possibly new rear end, save money to replace the MT82, etc.

It aint just the tubro kit cost lol

Off topic: What's the magic of E85? It's everywhere near me, but I've always read that high-ethanol fuel rots your fuel hoses, O-rings, etc.

Off topic: What's the magic of E85? It's everywhere near me, but I've always read that high-ethanol fuel rots your fuel hoses, O-rings, etc.
That may be true for older vehicles and you usually have to upgrade the whole fuel systems, including hoses, etc. However we don't have to so that is irrelevant.

E85 is magic because it has a higher octane rating which means you have less chance of pre-detonation (which can cause a motor to toss/bend a rod because the fuel combusts before the crank is positioned correctly). When you have higher octane you can add more timing to your tune which makes more power. e85 also burns cooler than gasoline so it helps bring engine temperatures down in the combustion chamber which also allows for more aggressive tuning because again, more heat can cause pre-detonation, so less heat, less likely.

I think e85 is basically like a 104 octane, so it's pretty much running race gas except it's abundantly more available for some people and VERY cheap. I pay $1.6x-$1.7x a gallon.

You do need to be a little maintenance mindful when running e85 because it does contain more moisture than regular gasoline you run. It's best to usually run a tank of 93 after a few tanks of e85. Also with e85, depending on your tune, you will need to test it for the eth content. A flex tune you don't need to worry about it because the tune is made to adapt to the changes in eth content, which is why you can go from e85 to 93 without reflashing a tune.

If you want to run a dedicated e85 tune, which some people claim you can get a little more power out of it over flex because it's more dedicated perimeters, you have to test the fuel to make sure it's making the correct eth content because your tune is expecting X amount and if you are running e85 that doesn't meet that X amount you could run lean and cause engine failure, vise-versa.
