I like it, your buddy should look into a battery relocation kit. The factory battery location will make a nice place for the fuse box. A small wire tuck wouldn't hurt, but I am sure its not a show car.

I feel like the fuse block could have been done a little better, and something with the vacuum lines and feed lines for the turbos. I am curious to see what the headers look like and what the downpipes look like. But it's definitely not the worst thing I have seen that's for sure. All in all, dependent on the price, looks like a nice start. I can't stand that overflow tank though.
