No advice but seeing as you local I'd love to check out your set up once its done.

Looking at going that direction myself.
For sure, trying to find the rest of the s550 community in CT and seems pretty thin. Where in CT are you located?

I'd be interested in some of those 10 rib blower pulleys if you want to part with any of them! :)

Good info, I actually might have a lead on an MGW, I just feel like as of now the tri ax feels pretty good, guess it changes a lot once you're making more power (car is stock now except for cat back).
If you're happy stick with it, i just saw the way you purchased your kit and it came off as being very conservative from top to bottom and going all out in the name of being sure and not taking any shortcuts.

It only takes one hard shift and that linkage flexes and then the syncro is busted and from then on going into that gear is going to drive you crazy.

Just something to think about, do some research and see what all the MGW brings to the table with everything is replaces and then make the best decision for you.

Without having pulled out the transmission yet it was tough for me to envision what the Tri Ax actually replaced, and to see how the MGW actually fits differently. I see the solid linkage but thought it still connected to another non-solid linkage part.

EDIT: ok did some research and now see the huge difference. I bought the MGW that I knew was for sale

Thanks I will keep it in mind, I think I am going to start off with the 3.5" and stock OD damper on pump, then do 20% OD damper and the 3.5" when I switch to e85. See where that takes me, decide if I need smaller or larger.

No problem. That should bet you around 19ish psi.

Wonder how much boost that would make with a 20% ATI overdrive damper with 1-7/8" longtubes.

I dunno but the guy I bought this kit from was running a 3.1" pulley with the 20% OD, swear he said it was only 17psi. Told me it was on kill mode but track day got cancelled so never got to see what it could do.

Im about to PCS to Groton. My car will spend most of its time in De at my parents place since ill probably be down there every other weekend or so, however ill probably bring it up in the summer to mess around with.

My car on E85 full exhaust and the 3.75 pulley made 734/562 on conservative timing. It went 10.8@133 on that setup in 2300 DA not launching hard. added some timing went back and went 10.8@135. so based on the 2mph gain id assume the car was making over 750 at that point. I swapped to the 3.5 and maxed out my Sai Li FS so id say that the car was well over 800 at that point.

^ 700-800 to the wheel should net higher MPH, should it not?

depends on the DA (2300) and weight of the car. Given what the car weighs (3935)with me in it and the trap of 135 the ole monkey math calculator says 755. If the car was at sea level it may have gone 137-138 give or take.
