Has anyone had problems with the rear window heater, as mine doesn't work? I seem to recall using it once and it did work, but now the frosts are there in the mornings it is a right pain.

I have checked fuse 70 and that looks OK, but haven't actually put a meter on it yet. The light comes on inside the car and I think the mirrors are heating, but not the rear window.

I haven't taken it in yet, as I dread to think what they will do, but I guess I have to get it fixed. The rear camera helps get me out of the drive in the mornings and the V8 soon heats up the interior and it clears.

You see all the problems on there forums and sometimes you think yourself luck, but now I have this issue, but I am hoping a wire has fallen off somewhere.

Have you give it enough time to clear, my one seems slow but it does work.

I think so, my journey to work is about an hour and it is still iced up after that.

If the fuse is ok it might not have been connected.
My boot light was the same, it wasn't connected in the loom.
Get them to check it out

I think the mirrors are heating...
We have "electrically" heated mirrors?

Seriously I'm not sure that the Mustang mirrors are heated but there does seem to be a warm air vent directed through the door close and out through the mirrors.

When you use the heated rear, the mirrors turn on too.

we have heated mirrors!?

either mine are extremely poor at doing what they are meant to do or not connected! Those on my old Type R would clear in seconds.

If equipped?

Not equipped is obviously a possibility.

Has anyone seen the wires?

How do you know that heated mirrors are equipped?

Are you sure? Going through the Mustang configure page on the Ford website and it just states that the door mirrors are powered with the Mustang puddle lamp.

I'm sure, my 4am starts in the frost tells me they've got it.
