I have the K4 Karcher with brass lance, but for me it always comes out just in drips (no dick jokes please)
Do you have to put the 'snow foam' mixture in the machine itself with that, or does it go into a container that's attached to the end of the lance?

goes into a container i got with the lance like the below, thanks
Did it used to work ok when you first got it?

Those lances have the dense mesh filter I mentioned in one of my earlier posts. There should be a metal pin towards the back of the main nozzle (which appears to be red in this case although they're normally black on most versions), which you use a small screwdriver to push out, which then allows you to just pull the nozzle off. You then need a couple of hefty spanners or grips to unscrew the brass nozzle sections that are then exposed, after which you can remove the mesh filter from the the very front piece (to which the nozzle blades attach) by pushing a screwdriver in through the nozzle, after which it just pops out. There is a video on the strip down below:
[ame=""] .

This filter will likely need replacing as they're very difficult to clean (you can try try boiling them in a pan of water for 5-10 mins as this sometimes works) and they are widely available on eBay ( http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Snow-Foam...7ca1b06&pid=100009&rk=1&rkt=1&sd=331700435650 )... but as mentioned in my earlier post... you've got to flush the gun with lots of clean water every time you use it otherwise this will just keep happening as the snow foam clogs it very easily.

Otherwise, it's an error with the settings on the gun (the nozzle blades should be almost together and the flow dial on the top should be almost closed to get the proper foam consistency).

Get a ceramic coating then it's a snow foam, rinse, mitt and shampoo and dry.

She's mint, I'm happy.
Snow foam is a waste of time on mine, the layer of Gtechniq exo is so hydrophobic it just runs straight off the car.

Wouldn't say that's a waste of time. It's dragging any dirt off as it goes which is only a good thing

Problem is, he's got glass coating so it's stupidly hydrophobic, literally everything just flies straight off like it was coated in Teflon.

Be careful of power washing, quarter window rubbers can lift

tried my hand at the snowfoam today - it ran right off the car.

within 30sec the car was almost bare. Whatever coating the dealers put on it is mighty impressive!

I still need to get the Gtechniq coating on my car, but 2016 was not a good year for me and I'd rather eat and own a dirty car than own a very clean car and starve to death.

Today I went to one of those £5 hand car washes - one of the few good ones that actually do a bang up job (even seen Bentleys and R8s roll up to it). Did some final detailing at home with Autoglym and G3 products and voila! Spotless. :thumbsup:

Mine got cleaned too...
Added some wet wax to her to survive the ice! Finally clean again, she had about 500miles of salt, tar, and shit stuck to her, or frozen to her, too dark now for pictures :(
