...or maybe your training has you expecting that everyone is out to harm you when in reality I was only trying to help you. I'll be sure to share your above comments with my fellow LEO SCCA members at our next district meeting :cheers: I won't be buying buying the beers that night. Thank you.
Maybe, you are still deflecting though. How were the comments about the GT350 vs regular Mustangs guys trying to help again? :shrug:

Hahaha I may have had to refrain from bringing up my physics backround when those comments were made. :ninja:

But really I'm just a dumb construction worker

You can't be all bad, you chose the best color available for the GT350. :D

How many people that are posting in here actually don't even have an effected car?
How many people posting in here have never even driven their car to see what it is like yet?

Am I on the stand Mr ADA :lol: After watching this thread for almost 6 months go no where meanwhile everyone else is enjoying their cars I simply made an observation. You don't have to like it or agree, you don't have to spend your money with me but I want to thank you for making my Company appear at the top of the forum all day. I have to get all these orders out to MY Shelby Customers who I love and do as much as possible to help. This has been a great day for orders. We deeply appreciate every single person that supports us on this Forum that we help fund along with all the other great Sponsors.

Jason, what is the expectation other than you want Ford to re-engineer a car already assembled at a discount with a warranty because you have a car you want to use on a race track but did not purchase the option for that purpose. I say re-engineer because so many systems are in play here. The fact that they offer a complete OEM solution at a substantial discount should have ended the thread. You can buy the parts for roughly $4K and a pro install would likely take a day ($1K) Cheaper than not having the Tech Pack and having the Track Pack. You got exactly what this thread has been asking for, this is where everyone lost me, what else is expected? Warranty? On which part? The parts installed or the remaining parts of the car? I am pretty sure that if you bought the parts, had them installed by a Ford Dealer and on the off chance the transmission turned out to be defective I am fairly confident it would be corrected.

Yes Ford caused this mess by not offering the option packages together from the start, but they corrected it. I understand your purchase was twice as much as a normal Mustang but it is not faulty. The observation I made of the differences between these two markets is/was the level of frustration on something that was an available option not chosen or not as important as what came in the Tech pack. You all have the full right to complain about it but when I or other members offer a solution to eliminate the issue, it is basically ignored because it does not fit the 'angry' theme of the thread. Honestly it does not come across in the best light to invite Ford to comment publically about it. At this point its a lose lose situation for them.

Yes, Ford did a dis-service to many people with track ready marketing terms. Pretty sure this is why the GT Track Pack is now a Performance Pack. IIRC they gave that statement of the most track ready Mustang with an *When properly equipped. Mis-leading yes, but not inaccurate. If I color my hair with grey for men I'm going to get laid according to the ads.
Dunno but IMHO you seem to be the voice of reason here.

1 me but we all can't have a 9 month vacation in sunny Qartar. And yet my car still is more likely to have the problem that this thread is covering than your car.

That's why I'm reading this thread, why are you?

I'm glad you are happy with Ford. I on the other hand don't like to deal with "buyer beware" companies.

Looks like if I wanted a better track mustang; I should had bought a mustang GT
Here's what you do:

Unscrew the temp sensor from the transmission and relocate it to a cooler location. Now you can be just like the Mustang GT and can track your car in blissful ignorance all day long.*

* Don't do this.

I know you're bored over there in the sandbox and are enjoying trolling this forum for entertainment, but you and a few others have managed to turn this entire sub-forum into a sink of negativity. Frankly, I'm tired of it. From the reaction of others in this thread today, I can see I'm not the only one.
