Anyway, I had a defect in my CS wheels. The painter missed a spot and it was pretty obvious. Ford replaced it under warranty.

This^^^ You can see where the black comes up over the flat edge of spoke on the narrow sections. Probably no defect in the wheel, it's just a botched paint job.

I think the botched paint job theory is probably correct here, but I'm not sure. The spokes on the front wheel still look wider, evenaccounting for the paint.

Good news! After almost a month, I finally got a call back from Ford and they're replacing all 4 of my wheels. Appointment on Monday.

Good result.....they looked very noticeable to me, I wouldn't have accepted it either.

I'd call that a pretty quick response myself. If there was no resistance along the way count it good!
