I have been told you have to ask dealer not to throw it out during delivery

Yes they do, but ask the dealer to keep it for you. I asked my dealer and at first they said they can't be removed without damage. But then the sales manager himself removed each one of them very carefully for me. And I have all the labels including window sticker
