So a bit of an update after the weekend

Tune
The car pulls harder, and its power feels more linear, none of my driving modes were affected. Very happy with Blue Power Racing and the support they provided. I gained around 24rwkw (32hp) with the tune and I am now sitting around 270rwkw (364hp) for now.

MGW
If only the car came like this from stock I probably wouldn't have thought about selling. The shifts are no longer notchy, I haven't been locked out at high rpm. The push down reverse is pretty easy to get used to. Overall this is a must mod for any manual driver, the stock shifter is truly horrible.

Shift knob
I also finally got to install the shift knob from Anarchy Motive, it looks and feels great, a lot heavier than stock. It was worth the wait and is a real high quality product. I am getting some vibration through the shift knob but I will fix that with a rubber washer (apparently this can be a common issue).

Corsa Sport
Driving home after picking up the exhaust I was actually giggling like a little girl. The sound is exactly what I want, quiet around town, zero drone, but when you open it up it sounds amazing. I absolutely love this exhaust and I am so glad to finally have it on the car.

I tested the car to try and make it drone, it didn't happen. It's a real high quality system.

So I have finally updated all my previous posts so that the pictures are attached.

I am at around 5,500km at the moment and everything is going well, my car will be going in for a retune and to test out a new cold air intake in the next few weeks. Happy to see if I get additional gains over what I am running stock.

I also have GT decklid and a GT lower grille waiting to be installed but currently I'm considering whether I should buy and run the Roush front fascia

Happy to hear people's opinions!

Well if you really want peoples opinions about the roush front Fascia. It has nice elements and does change the profile a bit but.... and to me its a big but..... you lose the pony badge. I have said on other threads I am not a huge ford fan but I was dragged over to the dark side because the mustang feels different and special. Do you really want to lose that beautiful chrome pony? Maybe I am weird but I am even considering the backlit chrome pony on the grill so it can be seen at night, I would hate to lose it.

Anyway I am probably weird.

I never considered it until I saw this picture. It looks so good on the deep impact blue which is from UPRSteve

I'm not a Ford fan at all, One of the reasons I loved the Mustang is that it only has the one visible Ford badge haha, I'm not completely sold on it yet. I am trying not to spend more money haha, which lasts about a week

I like the Roush front fascia, but think it should be reserved for the Roush cars, much like standard commodores with HSV bodykits.

However, I'm a stronger advocate of doing whatever you like with your own car haha. If you like the look then go for it, don't worry what the rest of us think.

Thanks man.

To add to this, I was VERY much on the fence as I had the CDC lip on it before with the grille delete. We also are just about ready to release our emblem bracket so you can run a delete grille and still keep the pony emblem.

But when I swapped to the roush front end... I couldn't have been happier with it. Along with the CDC outlaw sideskirts... I'm in love!! In person... everyone see's the difference. Its nice!

It looks great, the only thing that is deterring me is just having the one Roush part. I don't really want it to look like a fake Roush Mustang. Either way what you did looks amazing. Well done

Lightning Blue 5.0L manual GT fastback.
I have been researching mods for months whilst I have been waiting for my car to arrive. Hopefully it should arrive soon so I thought it is only fitting that I start a build thread.

All the researching I have completed has lead me to the below list, which should be perfect for my needs now and if I want to add some forced induction later in my cars life.

I started my research in the issues section of the forum so I could see what are the most commonly complained about parts of the mustang, if I could upgrade them to a better alternative then it would make a part of my list

Exhaust
Corsa Sports catback with silver tips

Transmission
MGW compact short shifter
Steeda transmission bushing

Engine
UPR oil catch can
Custom tune
AEM air filter

Suspension
BMR CB005 Cradle Lockout Kit
BMR TCA045 Vertical Links
Steeda Poly Diff Bushings

Interior
Shelby GT350 steering wheel
Anarchy motive shift knob

Exterior
Craig's custom number plate bracket
Tinting
Opticoat pro+
MRR M350 19x10 & 19x11 wrapped in MPSS 275/35 and 295/35

Future mods
RHD compatible headers
GT350 intake
Cold air induction kit
Custom tune

New rims, maybe Velgen VMB9

Sold List
Sto n sho
JMS Pedalmax

So this is my list so far, let me know what you guys think. I will attach videos and pictures when I can but at the moment all I have is a bunch of cardboard boxes.

Thanks for reading!

Put sport lowering springs on too - unreal.

Looks great AUS.

Lovely wheels. Would look better IMO if it was an inch lower on those 'shoes'.
