UK Mustang delivery

Finally got booked on a boat out of Baltimore - the Fidelio, sailing on Sunday June 5th, and due into Zeebrugge June 21. So highly likely to overshoot my original ETA at dealers of July 9, but not sure by how long (at least a fortnight?)

Anyway, it's good to be leaving America at last (no disrespect)

Call dealer to notify it's in zeebrugge
call dealer to notify when it's booked on a boat out
call dealer when it's the day the boat leaves
call dealer when it arrives in Southampton
call dealer on first working day after arrival in Southampton

Totally not obsessive at all... Granted, I was without a car, at all, and was driving my younger brothers Yaris(my old, old car) when he wasn't using it, so did Urgently need the 'stang.

Was stuck in a Town traffic jam for hour an hour this morning. In a Corsa. All I could think about for half an hour was "I could be in a Mustang". Didn't help the situation at all

I sold my car in Febuary as I was guaranteed good money for it and there were a few big bills coming. It's been absolute hell. I'm bored of the Mrs MX5 and I'm in my van about 6 hours a day so the last thing I want to use is that at the weekend!

Was stuck in a Town traffic jam for hour an hour this morning. In a Corsa. All I could think about for half an hour was "I could be in a Mustang". Didn't help the situation at all

Yeah, traffic in a corsa is no fun... traffic in a Mustang isn't even, but randomly twitching on the accelerator peddle is all the more fun . (Yes yes, ecoboost isn't that loud!)

I ask him to prioritized it when it got to Southampton he said he will off course but was honest and said that it really make no difference as he has done it before and been told by shipyard that there are 1000s of cars there that are prioritized . Basically we have to wait like the rest of customers awaiting there cars.

Total BS, I got mine up in 3 days on priority, this was after them taking a separate delivery THE DAY BEFORE, with 4 mustangs on it... mine came up ON ITS OWN to the dealership.

(Dealership had a delivery Monday, mine came up Tuesday, prioritised on Monday at 12:30PM)

Basically similar here. My dealer said they have no control
Over transportation as that's handled by ford...

Mine was prioritised, it landed in Southampton on the Saturday and was in Belfast on Thursday.
