Yes, salesman says "give us your phone number and email and you will receive constant updates all through the process."
Not one email or phone call since September but my car was built last Monday.
Face to face contact and phone calls to sales rep are met with " no info as yet "
Fiesta goes in for DSG transplant ( under warranty ) and I 'll pretend I know nothing to see what the response is.
Thanks to Ford Facebook for keeping me informed.

I've just quadruple checked. I think it is real, I'm not dreaming. How I got on a boat after only 17 days at port I'm not sure

Tried it (thanks) but no record found so I guess it is on the next one. Prob just as well as we leave for trip to Europe tomorrow and it would have killed me to have had the car in Perth before me!

You will get one saying it has set sail and then one saying its arrived. I went to the dealer and seen the guy who I've been dealing with and said that its turned up so he checked and he then said "It will be here in 7 days so I told him he has to take photos and email them to me. As soon as it arrived to the dealer off the truck he took photos and sent them.
