Lund tunes are not aggressive at all. I'm not sure where you heard that.

I have a lund tune and I have been happy but the first tune they sent me was incorrect and I have a buddy that ordered the flex fuel tune recent and that sent him a regular tune. I think Lund has the ability to make a killer tune but I recommend doing a data log with any tune before driving it too hard.

If the log shows a issue they will update the tune and send you a new tune. It seems most people have good things to say about Livernois and Lund. My car hauls ass with the Lund tune but you might want to look into both and form your own opinion.

Lund tune has been the best choice for me. Awesome tunes and even better customer service.

I don't know where you heard about the black smoke, I've been running their tune for about 10k miles, pushing my car to the limits as far as revving and all without a problem.

P.S. I already had their tune and I ordered my flex-fuel tune this morning, 6 hours later I had the updated file, These guys are beasts!

Some other unnamed companies take 3-4 days just to modify your tune.

Black smoke is usually running on the very rich side of things. :)

I'd recommend a dyno tune from a competent tuner. Email tunes can get you close, but seeing in real time the changes that specific cam timing events made are crucial. Your butt dyno will thank you with the gains in torque.
