16 R to join my 16 Tech!!!!!

So I've LOVED my Tech but really WANTED an R and was in a position that I was thinking about replacing my DD.... Given the love I have for the tech 350 (except SYNC, worst infotainment system I've EVER encountered) I figured maybe I'd downgrade the Tech 350 to DD status and make the sunny day an R!!! So after MUCH searching I found a blacked out R for a close to 90K that had the added bonus of having a build date that is the 10th anniversary of my Alive Day from Afghanistan so after a fair amont of negotiating and a trip across state to the dealer, I ended up with my R for a little over 80k and take delivery at end of month!!!!!!

For the naysayers who are like "u r stooped 4 paying ADM b/c my freinz uncles brother's cuzin's nephews neighbor gots his for under MSRP"... GFY. I've seen 5 R's come through the area and all sold before arrival for 99-107K

Can't wait to post pics!!! And this will make ALL my cars manual (I have one arm... Yayyyyyy!!!!! Getting custom made shift knobs for the hook!!)

Congratulations on owning a GT350 and a GT350R and suggest that you deserve owning 2 of these amazing Shelby's as much as anyone.:hail::hail:

As far as what some people think about ADM's and what you and I pay for our GT350's, don't give it a second thought as all that matters is if you and your family are happy with your decisions.

It is no ones business but yours on how you decide to spend your hard earned money so be proud of your many accomplishments and also your two outstanding vehicles!
