Thanks I looked around think I'm sold on the BMR Sp080Looks great! I think I'm going to go with a set of these wheels -- can't decide on the color yet though. I haven't got them yet, but folks who have the BMR's love them SP80 handling kit, or using the front-only 7/8 drop with stock rears, or handling rears, people are saying they ride like stock or better -- and the Steeda ultralight linears have a lot of followers too.
i love mine, and hopefully can contribute to this thread in a couple daysThanks I looked around think I'm sold on the BMR Sp080

Sorry for delayed response.what size wheels and tires?
Thank you. We were actually on Swift Spec-R lowering springs at the time which is 1.1in drop in the front a 1.0in in the rear. Very small drop. Those look REALLY good for 18s!![]()
You are in Florida....why did you go with DWS06?Sorry for delayed response.
20x8.5 & 20x10 Conti DWS06 255/35 & 275/35
treadwear and price. I got a GREAT price on these locally. and a $70 rebate. They are comfy and plenty of traction for how I plan to drive. You are in Florida....why did you go with DWS06?
Even though they are "rated" for snow (dwS), they are one of the top rated wet traction tires in their category according to Tirerack. You are in Florida....why did you go with DWS06?
I hear you man, I've had DW's and DWS's in the past and they are great tires, especially for the money. They are also relatively light weight too.treadwear and price. I got a GREAT price on these locally. and a $70 rebate. They are comfy and plenty of traction for how I plan to drive.
But unless it changed the DW was just as good if not better in the wet, and better in the dry. In Florida you don't need the "S".Even though they are "rated" for snow (dwS), they are one of the top rated wet traction tires in their category according to Tirerack.
You have spacers on?MMD Axim 19x10

From tirerack:
The DW is listed in the "max performance summer" category and is rated 8.8 for wet traction & 9.0 for dry traction.
The DWS 06 is listed in the "ultra high performance all-season" category and it is rated 9.3 for wet traction & 9.2 for dry traction.
If these are correct I would buy the DWS06 over the DW even though I live in Florida too. I always buy the best wet traction tire possible.
1" spacers, yeah. I need to get around to throwing the TPMS sensors on the tires (bought them after installation :dohYou have spacers on?
I've 20x10 MMD 45et and mine are a little tucked even with 5mm spacers all around. I want to get some 20mm bolt on spacers
