Well since we have talked about the Focus RS I assumed it was ok to put this here. My dealer contacted me asking if I wanted to be on his "Raptor List." He said some dealers will be asking heavy ADM's and he doesn't know what he's doing yet it seems. Anybody else hear something? I'd like to pick up a 2018 when my lease is up in Dec 2017.

Side note I paid a small ADM for my 350, I would never pay one on a pickup daily driver though and told him that.

I would check the resale value on your current one before letting the dealer have it back when the lease is over. You might be in a positive equity position.

Yes - I understand they've done very well on those...value stayed high.

I am a truck guy and asked my dealer about a 17 Wraptor on how much. He said list and price will be in the $70's if not more. I can't see paying that for a truck that wouldn't be doing a job or specific use. Just my take. For that price I can get 2 Dodge Sport 4x4 crew cabs. Just bought one 2 months ago. Love trucks just not good investments and at $70+k definitely not in my book.

I'm first on the list at my dealer. Last go 'round the Raptor was priced right around the Platty and would speculate that it'll be the same this time. I won't pay ADM on anything but for a Raptor, below msrp should be possible.

I'll be very surprised if it's priced that high. I'm going to guess high $50s. There's no way Ford will move a lot of trucks priced in the $70k plus range.
I'm with you on this one. They wouldn't increase the price by 20k. 70's sounds like dealer nonsense

The dealer i bought my Raptor from is asking for 5k adm, but but for previous customers it's 2500. The dealer i bought my 350's from is no adm, i'm on the list there. Hope for October delivery.

2016 Limited F150 is Mid 60s fully loaded, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Raptor same price or more...

Raptors will start mid-low 50's and go loaded out for mid 60's if I were to guess. Also, this isn't a limited run vehicle. I doubt there will be a hefty ADM on them. The place I deal with does a flat 5k on specialty vehicles, but they've been known to remove it for repeat customers.

Family hauler, for now
I won't even consider purchasing a new Raptor until they offer a 6.2 V8, or other V8 option. I'd rather have a less powerful 5.0 motor in that truck then a V6.

Until then, I will be closely watching the prices of the used 2013-14 Raptor 6'2s.

Considering they based the entire car around the EB V6, I think you are going to be waiting for a long time. Used 13-14 prices are sky high currently for this exact reason

I personally have no issue with the EB V6, its powerband should be well matched for the lighter version of the truck
