I can second this. I had a two hour drive home from Colchester after I had the lowering springs fitted and the exhaust upgrade. Today, I drove from Hastings to the middle of London and back.Speaking from my own experience, the mods I've made have had no impact on ride comfort/quality. All they've done is make the car far better in the corners and much more stable under braking and acceleration which, as I too will be driving round europe for a few MotoGP races this summer, along with doing the NC500, is absolutely perfect.
Anyone concerned about modifying their suspension and the effect it will have on ride quality: don't be. Unless you go for actual race stuff you're pretty much guaranteed to be fine.
I have hit potholed roads, motorways, roads humps and even been up and down a multi story car park with no grounding or comfort issues.
My A Class honestly does not ride any better then this and in fact, it is worse on potholes!
