My first car was a 66 coupe, and I've always been a fan of the classics, but when I look at them now these just don't fancy me as they once did. The s550 is just one of the sexiest mustangs ever!!

Where do they fit in with you?

The best looking Mustangs were 1967, 1968, and 1969.
HOWEVER.
The current generation is very close. I have more pictures of my 2016 than any of my previous models.

I agree, this is my first mustang. When I first seen one I had to have it. Used to drive Corvette's and Camaro's but no more. First new car was a 1985 IROC, lol

I loved the first gen, fox body's have a special place in my heart. The S197 made me fall in love with Mustangs all over again, but this.. THIS! Well I do feel not since the first gen has a Mustang been more sexy, more European and just timeless. Yeah, I'm in love with this Mustang, and if lovin it is wrong, I don't want to be right! ;)

In my opinion, the S550 or the 2003-2004 Cobra are the best looking Mustangs ever. Too close for me to call.

This. THIS! To me, the 1969 Fastback is one of the best looking cars ever, absolutely love that look. To me the S550 GT is a great looking car, best Mustang since the 1960's. Until the GT350 was revealed, there is something about that frontend that is pure awesomeness! So to me, it would be:

1969 Fastback
s550 GT350
s550 GT
Most other 60's versions
S197
Late 80's GT

The '15 actually had to grow on me. I love the backend of the car. I think the best angle is pretty close to what p51dna has posted with the opening comment. The sharp rakish look of the rear window, nearly laying flat, swooping down to the flared out haunches. The rear end flowing down to the unmistakable Mustang DNA tail lights. Outstanding. Then, I know it's not a look, but knowing that that rearend of the car is held up by an independent rear suspension. It's not a look, but knowing the improvement underneath makes it look better to me, if that makes sense. The mustang can finally turn without fear of encountering potholes, road defects that might throw it or drift it into the oncoming lane.

The front end grill is awesome, always has been for me. Very Austin Martin looking. The lights with the three stripes had to grow on me. If you look at the 2014 grill and headlight area, that is completely mustang DNA. IMHO, that is the best front end after the 1965 - 1967 look. I do like very thing about the 2015 red sign now. Some of it took longer.

The past weekend, I pulled my cars out of the garage to get at the tire racks and switching back to the summer tires. My 1966 convertable sat in front of the house parked on the street. It looked really good sitting there. She was stunning in the sunlight and as the sun went down.

I was a Camaro/corvette guy for years. I saw the S550 and changed my mind in a flash. This will be my first Mustang. I am looking so forward to it, I dream about it. :clap2: Not sure if that's normal:confused:, but What The Hell:ford:
