I'm the lefty, and my wife is the righty. she's a total rookie, but she has some damn nice guitars because of my encouragement. I'm a bad influence. I'm still pretty jelly about her Hofner.

Briefly at one and zenlike with nature...

But back under the knife we must go..

Worked slowly for many hours tonight (leukemia/fatigue is a bitch) and got most of the way done.

Really hate how everything Roush is a pain in the ass to fit to a car, never uses factory clips, always has it's own way of doing things.

Tomorrow I'll finish, then clean up the house forever from the mess I made and then see about refitting the bumper.

Not enough in the budget to get the tips I need for a few weeks, so i'm prepared to cut off the "stock" tips for the borla/FRPP exhaust and be tipless for a few weeks until i have the budget to finish. not like I drive it a ton anyway.

Hopefully I'll get lucky and the "stock" tips will clear the Roush fascia temporarily.

and we are complete. Ordering my quad exhaust tips this week or next, and short of 3D printing the rear decklid lettering and waiting for a new CDC spoiler to arrive, she is 100% done-zo on the outside.

that being said.. i have been tempted more than once to buy one anyway and make it work, even if it partially obscured the light.

I think that's why altjx and I both went with CDC, because it's the closest to doing what the Roush spoiler does. (i.e. hanging off the back of the decklid but accomodating the third brake light)

You have a S1000R? Awesome, I love naked/standard bikes.

Know what you mean, even simple stuff like those hood vents don't sit right & will require drilling more holes to make them seat properly.
Pisses me off every time I walk by the car

next Mustang I'll just straight up buy the 75k stage 3 instead of building my own, so i don't have to be so acutely aware of every little niggle.

I feel better now knowing it wasn't me but the hood vents that were the issue. I had the same issue with the vents aligning. For the price the underside where you actually screw into could be better made also. :frusty:

no sync 3, no GTPP. Pretty much the only reason I didn't jump on leftover '15 RS2/RS3 Roushes to be absolutely honest.
