I did it yesterday. Along with making a mesh grill for $7 from Lowes stucco mesh.

I used two of these coupler hose joiners

Two of these 45 degree silicone elbows

I had to boil the hoses in hot water for 5 minutes to get them to stretch over the ic inlet/outlet. I also used some ky jelly because it is water based.
I flipped the support brace over and it supports the intercooler fine.
I had to drill a hole on the charge side silicone hose for the CAT. Mounted with Seal-all (thin goop) rated at 7200 psi.
Holding 20+ psi no problem with Torrie's Unleashed tune. I'm surprised I did not get an intercooler first. My car is so much stronger and consistent now.
I know it is better to buy an intercooler that was made for our cars, but I could have bought 3 of these for the price of the next cheapest solution. I'm only sharing this because there may be others that have wanted to ask but did not want to get flamed. I will post pics later.
