Worried About Getting Egged

So last night one of my cars was egged, and now there's some minor paint damage where it looks like one of the eggs hit the car. Fortunately the mustang was in the garage because of the crappy weather we're having, but most of the time I have it outside. Now I'm considering keeping it in the garage all the time, which is really inconvenient because I'll have to move another car out of the way every time I want to drive the mustang (which is almost every day). Anyone else have an egging problem or in a similar situation? I'm not sure what to do.

Considering setting up a camera as well. Not just for the car but I think it would be good to have in general.

I use POE camera setups as it is easy to use. Amazon has some great deals most of the time if you search for POE camera.

Security cams will keep the jackasses away (if they see the cameras) and catch the morons. As mentioned Amazon has some great setups.

I could, but I have to park another car directly outside the garage due to limited space. That means 10 minutes of car shuffling every time I want to take the mustang out, which is pretty often.

Get together with your neighbors that are also getting egged. Everyone call the cops and bug the shit out of them until they start regular patrols in the area. Everytime something happens, call them and have them send an officer out to make a report. Bug them enough, they'll show up more often.
More cops, less shenanigans going on.

I got egged here one day. Don't think it was a random attack either, because my car was the only car on the street that was egged (I park on the street)luckily no paint damage.

I would rather shuffle cars daily knowing my car is safe vs. coming out one morning and seeing it egged or keyed or something. I would go ape shit on someone if I knew who did it. My cars make me nuts...
