With car still under 1000 miles I am hoping to go Phase 2. Spinning blower faster creates more heat. Have you guys experienced any issues such as belt slip or detonation? And cost?

Just do it! You won't get any detonation on their calibration. I would bet that their calibration runs 16-17 degrees of timing and around 11.3 A/F; more than safe. I wouldn't expect you to get belt slip until 13-14 psi. Also, with 1000 miles on your car, let it rip. I supercharged and put headers on mine at 300 miles lol.

^^What Luther said. I highly doubt you will get detonation or belt slip.
Good luck and keep us posted!

What did you do to correct your belt slip w/75mm pulley?

You don't happen to have a black with red graphics stage 3, do you?
No sir. Phase 1 thinking of going Phase 2.

This is good to hear. So Phase 2 is the 75mm?

That is kind of thinking also the Roush tune being off the shelf tune/calibration. I guess there is no Roush custom tuning? Probably Ford does not want them to being doing custom tunes due to warranty issues. Thanks for input.

I am guessing he bought a better quality belt.

You will not have your warranty anyways wuth the phase 2. I would just go with Lund and get a ngauge. His tunes are super conservative and you will never run into a issue. Plus, dataloging is helpful.

I am kind of bummed Roush does not offer custom tuning. Yea I know once we go Phase 2 warranty goes out the window. Phase 1 is off the shelf also unless I am missing something here. I am about to go headers but with headers a tune is needed so that we be around $1700 with me doing header install. I first want to get this suspension to perform. The Koni strut/shocks will be on this Mustang soon to eliminate this floaty felling.

Headers are a nice addition. I would definitely go with Lund or Ken Bjonnes. I will be posting dyno results of Ken's tune tomorrow. I'll do a full review of his tune.

So, after 7 3rd pulls/logs for Ken, my MT ET streets look like this.:headbang: They had a lot of meat on them prior lol.

By the look of those tires :eye bulge: I will be waiting for dyno results. Question, do you have a jack stand addiction. LOL. What is going on with all those stands? :)

Lol, I don't trust jack stands. I like having as many as possible. I may buy the quick lift in a few months.

Mines on phase 2 now. Runs fine, definitely more responsive but didn't drive it for any amount of time or at WOT because it was wet. They were doing mine and another yesterday. He drove his and was smiling when he got back. He also got the FRPP 132mm throttle body which may have helped his. I got the TB also but am going to install when my coil and radiator covers get here. Brenspeed has done a bunch of these with no problems yet. Neither me or the other guy dynoed but they've all been similar depending on other mods. With full exhaust and TB cars are around 630-640rw. I did notice my car idles better for long periods without loading up. Car is going to Ridetech next, hopefully I can get a good drive in before it goes.

This is the feedback I have been looking for. I am afraid to look at what the throttle body will cost. Wondering if the FR throttle body is worth the $$$. I am not shooting for the stars (been there done that) RWD is a chore to get to hook up so for that reason I am happy to settle down with those #s you posted 630-640 RWHP. Again thanks for the feedback.
