It's already been said 50 times here but yes, stupid loud from cold start but once it's on for a while it's pretty quiet. Then when you punch it, it sets off alarms and people cover their ears.

Where did you find the stock mustang GT decibel reading?

Good thing the track has a 100db limit and it reads low so I should be fine.
in a thread somewhere on here, I'll let you find that one. I know our measurement in Aus is 84, ours is measured much closer to the exhaust tip

My Corsa Extreme is soooo loud I cringe every time I have to start it up in the AM. If you want to feel like "That Annoying Guy" go for it. Honestly, It is restricting me from doing Longtubes with cats.

Im considering trading my Corsa Extreme for a Magnaflow catback at this point.

Catless long tube headers and extreme here. Sometimes I think I should have bought the sports, but oh well, glad I live out in the country. If you're gonna be a bear.....

Started her up early for the first time this morning. 05:30 to be exact. Holllyyy Hell, this thing is loud. I turned her on the garage and honestly it was so loud it made me jump. Took a solid 15-20 seconds before the noise became even somewhat manageable. I went back in the house afterwards and let it idle for a few more minutes to try to offset any extra noise from being cold while leaving the neighborhood.

I love the sound but I wouldn't mind the sport now. I assume there's no power difference between the two.

Yeah as much as I want the extremes I might have to go with the sport catback. From what I can gather that is basically the double X with the touring axle back?

Once I get my own house, hopefully away from others I will swap the axle back for the sport mufflers.

Yep. Touring axleback + double-X = Sport cat-backa and Sport axleback + double-X = Xtreme. Kind of confusing to remember hahahah

Are you a potato? I only ask because most PEOPLE know you can have an opinion about something but still buy/use it. I don't know any potatoes that can even have an intelligent thought. You seem like a potato.

Congrats on being the problem with the aftermarket industry the last 10 years. You can justify the purchase price however you want, its your money. But your foolish in this case paying $1200 + for some steel tubing that costs probably about $50 to produce.

I agree corsa does sound very good, probably the best right now. But no one should be paying $1200-$1400 for a catback EVER. But since people like you have more money than common sense your creating an artificial ceiling companies like corsa can get away with charging, while screwing your less financially available enthusiasts.

Did a bunch of BMW owners convert to mustangs recently?
But since I have the extremes, here's my input. Cold start is way too loud. So loud that this system really shouldn't be owned by anyone ever. I'd recommend going and buying some metal tubes and zip tying them to your cats. That way you can really customize the system to your exact specifications. You'll save a buncha money too.
