Use the nut and back it off until the end of the bolt and then use a big ass hammer and smack it a few times. Also if you can use a jack to release tension on the bolt it helps a ton! Air tools make it easier but you can do it yourself

I tried to install mine on the JRZ and while they are 10m x 1.0 there isn't enough threads on the shaft for it to work.
