4 weeks from arrival in Zeebrugge to pickup is a bit steep isn't it? doesn't take 2 weeks at both?

Zeebrugge is clearing in around 9 days maximum as of the turn of year, then boat to southampton and boarding is another day or so, southampton to dealership is dependant on your dealer. But shouldn't be 2 weeks (Or if mine gets told it's 2 weeks i'm having a little hissy fit )

Quite a few recently have had 7 day turn around at Zeebrugge. That's why 10 days from when I first clapped eyes on the finance documents is perfectly reasonable. But 4 weeks? I'd be a bit livid because they flat out told me that in April my car will be worth less at trade-in (so much for locking the value!) and I'd have to fork over more cash.

If it doesn't say delivered to Southampton on the 16th next week then I'll just have to hold my breath for the 9th of April.

Else I'm phoning my dealer and getting it prioritized!

Well if the delivery date for mine goes beyond 18th April, it will have been more than12 weeks from leaving the factory. More than half of which would have been a holiday in a Baltimore car park.

My 12 weeks would be up on the 10th April, one day after its scheduled delivery, which is what makes me suspect it may be earlier. I think this is just an estimation based on the 12 week delivery they quote. It may be late however...

I haven't emailed the helpdesk since the Monday before we got notification of the cars being on Tarago. I rarely find it makes anything any clearer, and once other forum members advised their cars were on the boat I just waited on mine loading and followed it to Belgium from there. I'm going to hold off emailing until the WWL tracker updates to Delivered (Southampton?).
I will be attempting to talk to my dealer however...

Indeed, don't think it makes any real difference, I doubt anyone is able to prioritise cars or influence anything until the car gets to Southampton. Like you've I've not bothered emailing, it's going to take as long as it takes.

I don't think there are really any set "times" for each part of the process either, since RHD production started the shipping has happened rarely and infrequently enough that trying to say such and such should be two weeks etc is pretty much a waste of time - maybe in 12 months it will get more routine, but it's clearly still not that way at the moment...

My car was on the same boat as Bens', I'm looking to have the car by the end of this month, be disappointed if this is not the case.

Right hand box on WWL tracking site. In put your vin then select track. if no results remove last digit from right and select track until you get a result.

Hopefully all cars with vin near yours and yours will show up once booked in then loaded.

Then type vin into cargo, I just dropped the last three digits and then you see which ones have been booked
