For me, I don't like Sync. I hate talking to machines (you should see me when I have to call a company that uses a voice IVR). Sync is buggy and requires me to pull the battery lead every 6 weeks or so.
Sync does stupid things like not displaying current play time on a podcast (seriously, it's nice to know that my episode of Hardcore History is 4 hours 36 minutes long, but what's my progress?) and generally being fussy when switching between media. There's no native support for Pandora, and there's no master volume or EQ settings (for some reason audio over Bluetooth plays about 9dB quieter than the radio, so when Sync decides to start up with the radio on it's LOUD).
Yes, I'd like to ditch Sync. It's buggy and poorly thought-out and poorly implemented. I've never used the CD player in my Mustang and wouldn't mind sacrificing that if more space were to be had.
