They told me last week on the 5.0 version with the tune, that the new target date was June 1st, though I forgot to ask of what year...They said it was currently held up in federal emissions...they are probably a little busy with VW at the moment...I would guess it is the same issue.
I would prefer to go with the factory version, so I am going to wait a little longer to see if any new information is released.
However, they did just release one for the Focus, so maybe they are still working on it. Just running a year or two behind!

I think you can buy just the ProCal, $400 or soSo with the above Focus tune kit - you have to put out nearly $1700 to get the tune because of the included exhaust components? What if the buyer does not want Ford exhaust components? I surely hope the kit for the Mustang is not bundled the same.
They also have one without the exhaust. Was just showing that one as an example. Here is the one without the exhaust:So with the above Focus tune kit - you have to put out nearly $1700 to get the tune because of the included exhaust components? Please read the pages upon pages upon pages upon pages of people with tunes and not one issue with warranty or the car.I want a tune so badly but I don't want to blow my warranty to bits.

Lol first mistake was telling them, but at least you were trying to be creative. Next time deny deny deny. I don't know any dealer that would be ok with a non ford product tune. You are definitely missing out and there are ways to clear it out of the counter on the ecuI've read tons on it. I don't believe the tune will cause issues. But if I do have an issue with a tune on my car, my dealership will not support me. I have already spoken with them and they said as soon as I put a tune on my car 95% of my warranty goes out the door. I know they need to be able to prove it was caused by the tune legally. But my dealership is really stubborn and I'd rather not have to go to corporate and or court over any issue that comes up.

I did it by in unhooking the battery, but Someone else on here said that wasn't how. It worked for me and I know because I had my turbo replaced and they asked me about any tuning. I said no and they did run diagnostics and asked why the counter was reset. I said I unplugged the battery to reset the check engine light. Again this was my experience, so I don't want to ruin anything for you.Yeah, I didn't go to them and ask what their tuning policies were, just mentioned in casual conversation "how much power can be made from basics like a tune" and he said I would lose anything resembling a warranty if I did that.
I know I can always revert back to a stock tune, but I'm unaware of how to reset the counter. I didn't think that was possible. If it is then I'm opened up to a whole new world of options haha.
