Indeed think you used the fan mode, only heated oven (2 stripes) is better spread

When I opened the headlight on a Landrover Discovery I just used a heat gun !!!;)

Yeah, 190 in any oven is WAAAAAAY too much for this kind of thing.

Try more like 100 for 3 or 4 mins, take it out and give it a little pry. If it's not enough, stick it in again for another 3 or 4 mins, repeat.

The bake needs to be longer than that but it's clear enough on the youtube videos; and, 190 F = 88C!
