Watching this storm with interest from Australia (specifically Adelaide where it never snows) because my car is sitting on the docks in Baltimore waiting to get shipped over here.

How do the port authorities handle this extreme situation? They'll have to dig out hundreds (thousands?) of cars when this is over.

I drive by these lots every day. They are no different from the rest of us...gotta dig them out. I would say add at least a week to any ETA you may have.

That can be a problem. First time I was parking my S197 my wife had gotten out first because there was a tree where the passenger door would end up next to. And I asked her how far from the curb I was and she said 10". So I moved over some and hear the tire rubbing. I said "how did that happen?" and she held up her hands and said "When we started dating you told me this much was 10".
