My house is nothing special.

My 2nd garage though is half the size of my house. Both garages combined are almost the same sq ft as my house.
Holy f***ing s***, here is a man who has his priorities correctly sorted out.

Very nice.

uglygun, that's nuts.

Here's my garage at the rental...after repairing/repainting/re-lighting/base-boarding and pressure washing the floor (which still looks like shit). It's not too bad...I keep slowly adding gladiator storage and fun shop stuff.

Can't park two cars in it though because my roommate felt compelled to build a fairly large dead-lift platform for him and his gymbros to use and get 'lifting' chalk all over the place. ugh. Can't wait to own.

Here is my humble house. A little over 4k sq feet but the garage is small. We downsized to this house so our kids didn't have to continue to go to a private school. The public schools here are excellent and my son needed a high school wrestling team.

Thought I would post up for some lols. Here's what over a half a mil will get you around these parts. 1500sqft/8000sqft lot of 1925 goodness hahaha. Could have more house and better schools for the same price further out, but then I would forfeit my luxuriously chill 30-90min commutes for like 90-180min commutes haha.

Lol...yeah, but isn't anything under like $80,000 a year there considered poverty? In Pensacola that's living large (which kind of blows since consumer goods are the same price regardless of your state/county living expenses)

Combined household income 80k? Yup, definitely poverty/qualify for subsidized housing etc.

And yeah that is often my arguement against lower wages in a lower cost of living situation. If I keep my general cost of living well within my means, I have a lot more spending power in situations like vacation/cars/clothing/eating out/etc. Cost of luxuries don't vary vary much from one economy to the next.

With that being said, you all have some very beautiful homes and I do look forward to the day my wife and I cash out and buy a proper house for the money somewhere a bit more chill. Pacific Northwest far from the big city is at the top of the list.

The highlight of my college apartment is my big love sack bean bag chair. Not a bad place at all and its around 1200 SQFT but its empty furniture wise. Cant wait to get out of Orlando and back to sarasota

Yeah I have family in/around Sanibelle island, (spelling?) and Titusville. As well as in/around Dearborn Michigan/downriver. Also western Montana and northern Arizona. If I ever get sick of the rat race sooner than planned, there are some great places out there that don't involve so much insane financial pressure to survive.

I don't think I have one of the recent outside after all the work i've done in front yard, but here is my theater room.

136" screen with sony hw50es 1080p 3d projector, full polk speakers, and 2 12" subs. no the couch isn't that close, it's the angle.

my house is in my mmd vseries install vid though if you wanna see outside lol. it's a 4100sq ft, master on main, 5 bed, 3 and half bath.

Nice, we share a common bond, as I just wrapped up the theater room in our house.

120" Screen with an Epson 1080P Projector.

Just picked up Leather theater reclining seats at Costco.

The wife & I have been practically living up there at night lately!

i'm just sooo ready for 4k to really become a thing and for 4k projectors to come down in price to reality because we have a 65" curved 4k in the play room and sweet mother of god when you watch actual uhd 4k movies it's mind blowing....

until then 1080p projector will stay.
