I blacked out the pony and 5.0 emblems because I don't like chrome. I ditched the GT emblem in the back entirely because I didn't like it. Eventually I'll replace the front grille with one I like (I hate the stock grille) and there won't be any pony there.

I seriously don't understand why so many people want to black out things like their badges, ponies, wheels or roofs for that matter. Personally I think THAT lookes incredibly cheesy and cheap.

If you don't want a pony in your grille then why buy a Mustang to begin with?

I love my pony and S550 GT badge on the trunklid. Both are perrrrrfect from the factory. To each their own. If you don't like the pony, don't buy a pony.

I think it depends on the color of the car. On yellow the chrome looks not so good. On my deep impact blue I think the chrome looks great.
