Just wondering what do you guys think of the pony in the grill?
I realize it is Ford's Icon trademark, but to me it really looks cheesy. I had my R/R Prem. for two days before I masked off the front end to prevent overspray and sprayed that bad boy black so it would disappear into the grill.
I have also noticed a lot of you guys have done the same. I was just wondering how you felt.

I like the look of it on my DIB mustang. Helps with the contrast in my opinion.

Kinda torn about the pony, 5.0 badges and the GT badge on the back. I mean if you pay 10-15 grand more than a lower model you'd want something to show. But I do like the blacked out look.

I'm blacking out the badges because the chrome just doesnt work on the yellow. I dont want it to disappear, I just want it to pop in subtle way. That being said, I'd never remove the pony as it is Mustang.

I don't think its cheesy really, but I am contemplating a GT style grill delete for my EB, I just like the rough race look that the grill delete offers. I think the pony just gives the car a more stock look.

It's tradition having a front pony for 50 years. Not saying it looks the best on this particular styling of car but that's why. Frankly I think the grill delete look is meanest.

Personally, I could do without the 5.0s on the side and just the GT on back.

But mine are all blacked out on a black car. Hate chrome- very 80s

Would like brushed

I like the Pony, I wish there was an option for non Chrome, more of a Silver Polished Look or Brushed, even a material like the Dashboard Aluminum Piece. I don't want it black or a color, and it needs to be there after all its a Mustang. Different strokes for different folks, I am old school and like a little color here and there, not all black trim, but do wish they offered something other than shiny chrome.

I would have liked a black chrome option.

I find that the "GT" symbol in the back looks kind of weird...just because its so plain. I liked the GT in the circular emblem in the older models. I dont mind the pony in the grill
