. The crate coyote 5.2 puts out 572hp 8000rpm . And it's CPC being a coyote and 250 additional rpm is easy. 8250.
Since they don't mention FPC or voodoo it's strange. FPC was a big marketing sales promotion.

You could be right. Though the 5.2 Aluminator XS CPC engine unveiled last year hits 8000 rpm out of the box. So I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that they're using a CPC and still setting 8250 as the redline.
Absolutely Matt, I agree.

Rules and regulations is what mandates specifics for the class of racing.

I'll take your word for it, I was just pointing out that the GT4 has a different engine and trans than the FP350S, and that the fact that the article states it has a tremec 3160 is a bit more evidence to go with the 8250 RPM statement that its perhaps more likely to be a FPC

on the other hand, originally Ford Performance said that this engine would only go into the GT350, so maybe not? unless that's why this is a FP350S

Optional 18" Forgelines. I'd be interested in downsizing the brakes on my car with whatever it has in order to run 18" wheels.
There are plenty of 18 inch wheels that will fit under the stock brakes:

Finspeed
Forgeline
HRE
CCW

I'm going to assume you think we're talking about GT brakes and not GT350 brakes. We have not seen a single set of 18s that will get over those.

I'm betting it's a CPC. Looks cool for the track.

Why would you downsize the brakes??
Just get the 19" forgelines. I bought mine last winter. 11x19 forgeline GA1R open lugs. Same as what's on this car and the GT4 except 19"

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say these were built by Watson Racing. Reason being is because last winter when I prototyped the headers for ARH, I did all my dyno pulls at Watson. They just finished up all the cobra jets and were just starting the GT350's. When I mentioned this on another Forum Watson called me and said Ford performance seen my post and they reamed his (I can't say the persons name at Watson) ass out. I was told to remove the post immediately.

My money is that Multimatic will build them...but yeah Watson could have too.

I have heard $115-120k for one, which is about right. The last Camaro GTS car we built was around $150-160k to build and there was a lot of one off stuff, not a production run of them

Primarily, slicks are plentiful in 18 inch. Not so much in 19 inch. You can apparently get Hoosier R7s in 295/35/19 but they're $400 a pop. There's a much larger selection when you're dealing with 18s and you can get scrubs from race cars dirt cheap with plenty of life left in them.

Wheels and tires in general are marginally cheaper, but not enough to offset the cost of $3k set of brakes for sure.
