My money is that Multimatic will build them...but yeah Watson could have too.

I have heard $115-120k for one, which is about right. The last Camaro GTS car we built was around $150-160k to build and there was a lot of one off stuff, not a production run of them
Telling you what I seen with my own eyes.

Watson builds the cages for all of the cars (GT350R-C, GT4, FP350S, even the FPRS roll bars). Multimatic then finishes the build of the RC & GT4 while I think Watson/Ford does the 350S.

And you think this why? Why do you assume Watson builds the cages than ships the car to multimatic?
I strongly disagree with you again Lee.

Multimatic builds the R-C and GT4 cars.
Watson builds the FP350S cars in house. They install the cages to a body in white, do all the seam welding, etc than it gets shipped back to flat rock to E coat and paint then returned to Watson for final assembly like the cobra jets and the boss 302S

I'm betting it's a CPC. Looks cool for the track.
From FP website

Ford Performance Parts fully CNC ported 5.2 cylinder heads with custom high lift (5.0L firing order) camshafts to allow better flow and correct timing for a cross plane crankshaft.

Which page? I haven't seen one yet that says that.

Why would you downsize the brakes??
Just get the 19" forgelines. I bought mine last winter. 11x19 forgeline GA1R open lugs. Same as what's on this car and the GT4 except 19"
What color did you get? I'm having a hard time finding a color that works on this car..besides black...and black is just isn't going to cut it..

I swear I read all those pages twice and didn't catch that either. Sort of figured the "FP" has double meaning. I admit that I'll be a little disappointed if the flat plane is viewed as inferior to the cross plane for a budget race engine but can't say I'll be shocked. Plenty of car porn though.

Either way, my factory based car fears that car for sure. I noticed Motec instead of AIM, I wonder what prompted that change.

I have the boring semi gloss black. Just like stock. When I wear out these psc2 tires I'm going to change the color to either gun metal, Titanium or graphite. My car is magnetic. I thought about bronze but I can't bring myself to do that.

It looks like he copy and pasted it from http://performance.ford.com/enthusi...k-at-the-5-2l-aluminator-xs-crate-engine.html which isn't a confirmation either way. We've known about the 5.2 Aluminator XS since last year's PRI. The press releases for the FP350S don't mention Aluminator at all. They seem to be being intentionally vague on all these race car powerplants. :\

Bronze is the way I'm leaning, but man, I don't want to screw it up.
My ride is Magnetic too....I put on the red Brembos and I'm changing my stripes to black carbon fiber with red pin stripes...trying to find a wheel color to complement it....Black would look the best, but I hate to spend $6k on wheels if they look like stock and nobody notices them..

Because they do Kevin. Ask your Watson buddies. It's the same cage in all those cars, you can just look at the pictures of the cage of the 350R-C and FP350S... Watson seam welds the tub and installs the cage and then it goes to Multimatic to become R-C & GT4s.

Wow and you seen how many of these in person?
