The 3.73 final drive doesn't change your transmission at all.
If you have a Getrag MT82-D4, 4th gear is your direct drive (1:1) gear.

5th is the 1:1 gear if you have a Tremec transmission.

EDIT: Wow... There were, like, 6 posts while I typed that.

I just asked my tuner and he ran it in 3rd?!(I assumed it was 5th)

He sounds like a muppet. Did he not look at the knob and realize it had 6 gears???
Well, maybe he was trying to avoid the speed limiter, and test the whole rev range.

Yes, you should still get future tests in 4th gear.
