If I’m not going WOT and not going high in RPM. I have 25 miles till empty if I just add 93 and drive around slowly it just mix would I be causing damage or do I have to drain the tank? Also for draining the tank, I believe I’m supposed to remove a relay which relay I can’t find that information anywhere?

add the 93, flash your non-e85 tune drive gently for like 15 minutes and you're good to go.

That much e85 will do nothing signifigant, its going to be under 20% total tank concentration assuming 14mpg and actual e85. Which is low enough to where it doesn't matter.

usually want to keep those submerged as much as possible to lessen the heat. Should try to keep a half tank in atleast most of the time, and I wouldnt go WOT below half or 1/3 tank

Thank you for your input. I have never gone under a half a tank of E85. I’m only Going this low because I’m trying to switch fuel and I’m trying to figure out how low I should go before putting in 93

You don't want to run the Fore pumps empty like down to 5, not good. At 25 it's low enough.

Look 7.3 just driving regular speed limit type speeds lol I’ll probably get like 12 with 93? What do you guys think?

Don't you have a return style fuel system? Just pull the return line at the regulator. Attach a hose to it and pump out the fuel into a fuel can by starting the car. It's easy to do.

Ok I figured it out. That’s trip 1 and trip 2 that had different averages. Current one is 7.3 and 15 til empty

Just put 93 in it, flash your tune, drive sensibly for 15-20 minutes and you're good to go. You are over-thinking it.

So I put 12.8 gallons of 93 and flashed it. Car when I started it was revving aggressively now it’s starting to calm down ? Is that normal ?

Yes as the system was still primed with E85 and the ECU was anticipating 93 via the tune. Totally normal for an abnormal start to occur the first time.
