Don't you have a return style fuel system? Just pull the return line at the regulator. Attach a hose to it and pump out the fuel into a fuel can by starting the car. It's easy to do.
I ran around 20 psi on my 305x45x17 MT Street R's. Went 1.395 60' and I think it can leave harder with more rpm. I did not mark the wheel/tire however to see if it moved.

While I agree with what you are saying. You have been able to tune Dodge products for years, just maybe not as easily as in the past. You void the factory warranty when tuning any of these cars, so I am not sure why that is a concern.

In drag racing, most people are stating the weight with driver. You shouldn't be adding another 100lbs. I know that won't change your mind and you'll still think a P1X can't run 175mph.

You may be finding a solution for a problem that doesn't exist. My twin turbo car runs cool with the stock radiator. Unless your on a road course, your probably fine.
