I have Progressive and I participated their SnapShot program. After 5 months I got full discount (30%). SnapShot dropped my 6 months policy price from $680 to $500.

Maybe I should give that a shot. So far I don't have any tickets or accidents.

Im paying 150 a month but for 2 cars, the mustang and a ranger 4x4 thats my daily driver.I have all my I surance , home and cars and have no tickets in ten years, subject to change when I get the new stang though.

I'm sitting at 65 dollars/mo.

It really depends on a lot of different factors. A friend of mine who has a relatively spotty driving record (had his license for 15 years; has three accidents and four or five tickets over that time period) has an '02 Ford Focus with no collision coverage and pays $295 a month. There are all kinds of factors that go into things.

Try Geico. I signed up for that snapshot and Progressive's quote was still higher than Geico's. Good Luck!

My first car... in 2001 I was driving a 1986 Chrysler Town & Country Station Wagon. I was 20, and was paying $325 a month.

Be thankful you live in an area with, evidently, ridiculously low insurance rates.

Using State Farm is your first mistake. They were 3 times as expensive as Geico, when I got Geico.

Helps to be in with the family plan/multiple driver discounts. Also not being under 25 helps, and having a good driving record will help too

I recently got a quote for the 3 on my list. Surprisingly the M3 was by far the cheapest (not even $100 per month), followed by the S5 and then the 5.0 (well, a 2014 GT), which would come out to $110/month. This was with my current coverages, 3 times the state minimum coverage, uninsured/underinsured, rental coverage, and new car replacement.

I'm 23 - no accidents. just 1 stop sign ticket in the last 4 years that got dropped
Full covereage with Geico quoted me $140 per month! - sounds a little high, is it?

I cant comment on Geico personally - but I received a quote from them to increase my coverage on the mustang and decrease my yearly payments by $200. Took that quote over to Statefarm (because they initially quoted me higher) and they matched it. So my experience with Statefarm has been positive so far.

Hey guys so I ordered the car in may n had no idea what the insurance would be like . I had no choice but to pay whatever it is . I m 24 n got a gt premium , called insurance yesterday. It went up from 180 on my 2010 Genesis coupe to 213 a month. I was expecting a lot worse! What are you guys paying? . BTW this is me listed as a driver but under my dads plus we have 12 cars under the insurance

$98 per month with Travelers. I'm sure it'll creep up in 6 months.
