I'm really interesting to see how you setup turns out. I have a PP2 and am thinking a 6.5psi G3 on e85 and about 600whp on 91 (and whatever on E85) bullet proof, cool, efficient and worry free corner carver on 4S's.
Can a BAP and ID1050X manage that on e85?
I wanna do the same thing. im doing wheels, tires, brakes this year then boost next I think.

Question for the 10r80 Wengerd guys. Do all of his tunes automatically come with the roll race set up for S mode? (Manually downshift but then you don’t have to pop it back to drive for it to shift)?
Thanks in advance
Ask him for the roll race trans tune. works in D. padel shift to gear go WOT. trans will shift into next gear without having to put back into D.

Hello all!

I am considering getting an ESS G3 but unfortunately I am stuck with 91 pump. Would it still be worth it? It will be going on a 21 GT.

Thanks

Is the extra ~40whp worth the extra money to you?

40 HP no, 200ish yes. Not sure if that was a mistype or a joke. lol….
Sorry, I thought you were asking if the G3 was worth it over the G2.

Even on 91 oct, the kit will still be fun, even on the 125mm pulley.

Ah my bad man, I should have clarified more. I have like 4-5 stations here that carry 93 and I don’t travel in this car. So I am basically debating on if I want to drive to those places or stick with convience. Definitely going with a G3 though.

Why? there are Kum & Go stations all over Tulsa that have E85 (E70)

Changes? Like more power, cleaner burn, way less of a smell if running catless. Only down side is it burns faster, but that's why it costs less.

Don't forget it's also a lot safer than pumpgas.

I am not wanting to run E85 due to the changes that come with it.
I assume the changes you’re talking about is having to run a return style fuel system different injectors if you didn’t go with a bigger size (id1050, fic1000), and switching tunes if e85 is not around the corner from you. I get it. Me myself will be going e85 next year, I want to build the transmission before that. Right now on 93 I dynoed at 676sae or 694std. I got 22mpg doing a few pills here and there. I can only imagine what ethanol is gonna be.

I am in Western Oklahoma, and there is no E85 west of Oklahoma City area. I’ll be running two different tunes, one for 91 on a 125 and then E85 for everything else. With you being near Tulsa it would be super easy to run E85 and just have a backup tune. Just plan your refueling a bit and it won’t be much of an inconvenience at all.
