Good to hear! I'm pretty sure the other wheels he had for sale are also stolen.Update: the GT 350 owner verified the wheels are his via the TPMS sensor codes. Owner had to take each tire off and verify a vehicle match to each TPMS sensor. The police said this revelation in being able to identify wheels to cars can change the way they recover stolen rims.
A warrant has been issued for the thief's arrest.
The police are investigating that as well and have contacted an owner of a car in the same complex that had wheels stolen the same night (Honda wheels that were/are in eBay), assuming to attempt to verify that they are his/her stolen wheels, too.
